Lakeside Detailing – Mobile Auto Detailing Services
By requesting and accepting services from Lakeside Detailing (“Company”), the vehicle owner or authorized representative (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Scope & Site Conditions
Client understands that detailing services will be performed at a location provided by the Client. The Company assumes no responsibility for site-related risks, including but not limited to property damage resulting from water runoff, electrical usage, or environmental conditions beyond our control. The Client confirms the location is safe and suitable for vehicle detailing.
2. Final Inspection & Release
Upon completion of services, the Client will be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. Payment and acceptance of services constitute final approval of the work performed. After this point, Lakeside Detailing shall be held harmless and released from any and all liability for claims, damages, or dissatisfaction unless directly resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
3. Hold Harmless & Indemnification
By accepting service, the Client agrees to hold harmless, release, and indemnify Lakeside Detailing, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, losses, or damages to the vehicle, surrounding property, or person that may arise during or after service — including, but not limited to:
Pre-existing damage or defects
Effects of detailing products or procedures on aged or compromised surfaces
Incidental damage resulting from environmental conditions or third-party interference
4. No Warranty or Guarantee
Lakeside Detailing makes no expressed or implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and materials.

We’re Brayden(21) and Grayson(17), brothers from Northern Michigan with a passion for clean cars and great service.
